we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. Since our items are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and color, along with some unfinished areas on the back, may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide an original unboxing video, showing:

The package being opened for the first time (unedited and continuous)

The shipping label clearly visible before opening the package

The product and any damage clearly shown

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as we begin processing your order.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Large-size wall decor shipped in multiple pieces

Items damaged due to improper installation or mishandling

Claims without an original unboxing video with a visible shipping label

Minor imperfections due to the handcrafted nature of the product


1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website


Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, the return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product

can be changed without prior notice.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

« The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

« The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

« Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
